
‘Ou’ emerged as an exercise aimed at creating music while I was researching German cinema. Having just moved to Germany, I thought it would be fitting to play silent films by Fassbinder or Shroeter while I composed music. At that time, I had a rebellious attitude toward using the voice, preferring to delve into something entirely abstract. This period marked a transition for me, as I began to perceive sound and texture in a completely new way.
